SubtitleO, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

SubtitleO will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

6. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or SubtitleO cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting SubtitleO customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide SubtitleO with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize SubtitleO to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, SubtitleO will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

If you are eligible for a discount, please note that you cannot use more than 1 (one) discount per subscription.

8. Refunds

All monthly and annual purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting SubtitleO on [email protected] or using the chatbot on the website. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current payment period.

9. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on SubtitleO’s Website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SubtitleO will not promise that any of the materials in this Website are accurate, complete, or current. SubtitleO may change the materials contained on its Website at any time without notice. SubtitleO does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

We will then not use it without your written consent. Without opt-out, we retain the license to use Content as promotional case studies.

Users of services provided by SubtitleO may also use our artificial intelligence technology or copywriting services to obtain new Content. If this is your case, you are responsible for using this Content and will be responsible for ensuring that this content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.

In certain use cases, our artificial intelligence may create content that is deemed inappropriate or offensive. SubtitleO will not be held legally responsible if that happens.

When you upload or post content to our Applications, you confirm that you:

• have the legal right to do so;
• are not prevented to do so (for example, by any applicable law or confidentiality obligations);

You warrant that any such contribution by you (by uploading your content to our Applications) complies with these terms, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of this warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.

We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our Applications constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
